What we do ?

We target larger middle market property clients mainly with the following characteristics:-
 

  • Asset values: 250m to 10bn+

 

  • Dislocating from an Admitted placement due to losses, lack of appetite, weather/natural catastrophe aggregates, COPE info, risk protections or some other reason.

​

  • Currently placed in the E&S market and the client requires a policy with sub limits that looks more like a domestic placement.

​

We aim to bring Fortune 500 Experience and service to this larger middle market space.

Lloyd's and London company markets

The Fenchurch team are well known to the Lloyds and Company underwriters based in London. This is our main market and we are proud to be an independent part of it.

European Markets

We have access to European markets based in Dublin, Paris, Munich, Geneva and Zurich.

Bermuda

We like using Bermuda for special projects as its a unique place to do business with a lot of capacity in a small place. We tend to use Bermuda for more of our reinsurance transactions and capacity driven direct property.

USA

We have limited access to the USA market since we are not domiciled there, however, we have a limited number of insurers we do business with. Some of which provide fronting paper for us.
