Fenchurch commenced trading in Jan 2021, the reason to create a new broker in the London market was:-

To create a new broker which is client focused, independent & employee owned. Specializing mainly in Property and Casualty business emanating from North America and Europe.

To utilise all available technology, trade digitally with all of our markets and clients, be totally paperless and be able to log on anywhere in the world to be productive.

In creating this company we have thought about the topics that we needed to address in order to be successful and attract talented employees. Here are some of them:-

The staff that we employ are hand picked by ourselves, they are experienced, extremely motivated and have a can do attitude. We aim to have a very high retention rate of staff as this will confirm if we have things right. We are also keen for staff to continue with learning in relevant courses.

Every employee of the firm will become a partner and will buy equity through staff bonuses after a period of 12 to 18 months. We believe its good to have capital at stake, it creates good discipline.

We will give 10% of our profits to valuable charitable projects, we believe we should give back to our community.
